APOSTLE DR. JOYCE M. RESPERS
Apostle Dr. Joyce M. Respers is a devoted servant of God, dedicated to empowering others to grow in faith, purpose, and the Word of God. With more than 40 years of experience in education and ministry, she has spent her life teaching, guiding, and inspiring people to walk boldly in their divine calling.
In 1991, Apostle Joyce and her husband, Elder Billy Respers, founded Family Outreach Word of Deliverance Ministries, Inc., a vision birthed to strengthen families and lead souls to Christ. Her heart for ministry and love for God continue to shape the lives of many across generations.
A lifelong learner, Apostle Joyce holds a Master’s in Education and advanced degrees in Theology, including a Ph.D. from Bible Faith Global University, where she now serves as U.S. Chancellor, Online Administrator, and Professor. Through her leadership, she equips pastors, ministers, and believers to deepen their understanding of Scripture and fulfill their Kingdom assignments.
Apostle Joyce’s greatest desire is to see God’s people mature in faith, discover who they are in Christ, and walk in the fullness of their destiny. Her life is a testimony of unwavering faith, love, and dedication to the work of the Lord.
Elder Billy E. Respers
Elder Billy Respers currently serves as Elder/ Pastor for Family Outreach Word of Deliverance Ministries Inc, and Family Outreach Kingdom Global Ministry with his wife, Apostle Dr. Joyce M.
Respers, for over 35 years.
Elder Respers was born 1944 in Vandemere, NC, raised in a christian household where his family attended church services regularly. He developed a strong commitment to church but an even more profound and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Lord began to reveal himself to Elder Respers in prophetic dreams as a young man, which led him to repentance and conviction as he began to understand the Righteousness of God.
As a young man, Elder Respers attended Undenominational Pentecostal Holiness Church under the late Bishop Willie Grant. He served faithfully for 19 years as a transportation driver, Usher, ordained Deacon, then later an ordained Elder.
Elder B. Respers has a strong teaching ministry which is centered on the Grace of God. His leadership and belief is rooted in one of his favorite scriptures Ephesians 1:15 - 18. He is very passionate and dedicated to his assignment to teach God's people to renew their minds, by studying and understanding the Word of God. Elder Respers is feverent on preaching how the Body of Christ must become disciples. He knows how important it is for every blood-bought believer to have a foundation as well as being grounded in the Word of God regarding who they are in Christ Jesus. Elder Respers brings a message of divine purpose in Christ Jesus.
